2. Discuss a Plan with a Personal Case Manager
However you decide to contact us, a Case Manager will listen to your circumstances and recommend possible courses of action depending on your requirements and budget. If you proceed, he or she will be your point of contact throughout the case, so that you're always dealing with the same person.
All our coordinators have years of experience in the field and know the best, most cost effective way to get the results you require.
3. Commence the Investigation
Your Case Manager will take your payment before the investigation begins and keep you updated on developments thoughout the investigation. They will be on hand to you throughout the case to answer any questions, queries or concerns you may have.
If your case involves a GPS vehicle tracker, you will be able to login to a secure website to monitor the vehicle's movement in real time.
4. Conclude Investigation and Report Findings
When our work's been done and the case is over, we present you our findings in a professional report that you can access securely online. A hard copy can be posted instead if you prefer.
The exact format of the report depends on the type of case undertaken, but reports typically contain timed and dated photographs along with a written commentary and observations.
